If you need help with the processing of your visa, please write Randy Hauer email@example.com. He will send you an electronic letter of acceptance so that you may present it to the appropriate issuing officials. We are unable to directly contact embassies or various officials on your behalf. We can only issue the letter to you as your proof of acceptance and potential attendance to the conference.
